Privacy Policy POPIA

1. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets out your rights and our obligations regarding our use of your personal information which was obtained by the Company for purposes of managing your investment as set out in our standard terms and conditions (“the Services”). By using, accessing or participating in the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this privacy policy.

2.1 to develop suitable services tailored to meet your needs;
2.2 to conduct market insight reports; and
2.3 to communicate with you by telephone, WhatsApp, email and other electronic media.

3. This Privacy Policy complies with the principles contained in the Electronic Communications and Transaction Act No.25 of 2002, Consumer Protection Act No.68 of 2008, the Protection of Personal Information Act No. 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”) and other applicable legislation.

6. You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you as well as details of all third parties, if any, who have access to such personal information. We reserve the right to confirm your identity before providing details of your personal information.

7. In certain cases, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal information. You have the right to ask us to update, correct or delete your personal information. 8. The Company does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to register.

9. We use the information we collect from our services to enable your access to our Services and provide the Service in a more efficient and effective manner.

12.2 if you are a resident of the Republic of South Africa, you can lodge a complaint to the information regulator (as defined in POPIA) by completing the form as prescribed.

13. There is no charge for lodging a complaint.

14. Upon receipt of communication from you, we will write to you acknowledging receipt of such communique, investigate your complaint or attend to your query (as the case may be) and thereafter advise you of any amendment, deletion or finding of our investigation and any remedial action (if applicable) we intend taking.
